Cahercon House is a 60-bedroom, Georgian mansion on 220 acres overlooking the Shannon Estuary in Killadysert, Co Clare. Cahercon house is stepped in history and dates back to the late 1790’s . The house main building consists of a Georgian Residence over 3 floors and basement.
The banqueting Hall extends from front to rear and has a featured coloured window to the rear. On the opposite side of the residence is a billiard room which was originally constructed to entice a British royal to visit the estate.
The Building was surveyed using a Trimble TX8 laser scanner and Faro 120 Laser Scanner, with the roof structure surveyed using a rotary drone.
The survey was delivered in a fully dynamic 3D Revit Model along with providing Floor Plan, Ceiling Plans and internal elevation of every rooms including details such as decorative ornate plasterwork.
